Marine Wife Brittany Killgore Killed: BDSM Gone Too Far or Murder

Was it BDSM “sex play” gone too far, (an accidental death), or a planned intentional murder that caused the death of 22 year-old Marine wife Brittany Killgore?

Looks like murder.

Brittany’s body was found naked, mutilated and dumped in a roadside ditch in Riverside County (Southern California). And, reportedly, another woman has claimed, according to Perez’s ex-girlfriend that she was also held captive until she cooperated with the Perez’s “sex play”.

Defendant Lopez’s suicide note which led the police to Brittany’s body likely contains the details of who did what and how Brittany died. Looks like a “mistress” may have been jealous of Killgore?

And, very telling, Brittany had texted “help” to her friend shortly after Lopez picked her up.

Yes, the defense may argue that the ropes, whips, tasers, a night stick, spiked gloves, and a “sex dungeon” found at the Fallbrook home where Brittany was taken are just evidence of a BDSM lifestyle. And, maybe they will say, Brittany was a “willing participant” and that the defendants or a defendant went too far but, they lacked the intent to kill her and/or the agreement (conspiracy) to kill her. And, the rest of the injuries are simply consistent with BDSM “power plays”.

Yet, the above evidence seems to indicate otherwise. And, so does the cleaning supplies and blood stained gloves found by the police.

Besides, can one “consent” to murderous sex play?

Defendants Louis Perez, Jessica Lopez and Dorothy Maraglino face 42 charges including murder, conspiracy, kidnapping and torture with the preliminary hearing scheduled for December 3, 2012.

A terrible tragedy.

Simply my opinion, what say you?
